About Event

Eligibility:
Individual Participation.
Team Participation is not allowed.
Participants must be a member at a university.
Participants must be between the age of 18 - 25.

Theme: Reuse, Repurpose, Reduce

Rules and Regulations:
In this competition, participants are required to make a swap in their life and document it with a Before and an After picture.
Participants are required to share their entries only on fest@isbf.edu.in
Only single entries are allowed.
Every entry must have a write up (not exceeding 2000 characters).
Every email must mention the participant’s name with the subject, The Swap.
If a Google Drive link is shared, please give permission to view the file.
The before and after picture must entirely be based on the theme.
All content must be original and must be made for Xenia’21.
Decency should be maintained (Abusive content will be directly disqualified).
All entries must be submitted by 11th February 2021 9 AM.
Top 15 of the Before and After will be shared on Xenia’s Official Instagram Page as a story.

Judging Criteria

The Screening Round will be based on the impact made during the Before-After exercise on the given theme.
Top 15 Before Afters will be posted on Xenia IG Page as stories post the screening.
Story with the Highest number of interactions and a stronger message will be declared as the winner.
Winners will be announced on the Xenia Official Instagram and Facebook page at 7 PM 13th February 2021.

Non-cooperation with the Xenia Core Team will result in immediate disqualification.
